Refund Policy
1. Free trial
The 7-day free trial requires no payment. Nothing is refunded because nothing is charged.
2. Monthly plans
You may request a refund within 7 days of a monthly charge if you have not used any AI feature in that billing cycle. Requests are processed within 5 working days to the original payment method.
3. Yearly plans
You may request a pro-rated refund within 14 days of the yearly charge, based on unused whole months. Post 14 days, cancellations stop future renewals but the paid year continues to term without refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email primehealhomoeopathy@gmail.com within the window above from your registered email. Include your subscription ID and the reason.
5. Non-refundable
- Charges older than the windows above.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Third-party charges (e.g., cellular data, GST) — those go through Razorpay's flow.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
