Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Prime Heal ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. About Prime Heal
Prime Heal is a mobile decision-support application operated by Prime Heal Homoeopathy, India. It assists qualified homoeopathic practitioners with structured case-taking, AI-generated remedy suggestions, follow-ups, and reference material.
3. Medical disclaimer
Prime Heal is NOT a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated suggestions must be independently evaluated by a qualified practitioner. We do not practise medicine. We are not liable for clinical decisions made using our software.
4. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and, ideally, a qualified homoeopathic practitioner or student. You are responsible for complying with local laws governing homoeopathic practice.
5. Your account
Keep your credentials secure. You may sign in on up to 2 devices (Practitioner) or 4 (Clinic). We may deactivate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans auto-renew until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund terms. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms.
7. Fair use
Each plan carries usage quotas (case analyses, follow-ups, chats, Ask AI turns). Automated / abusive usage patterns may result in throttling or termination.
8. Intellectual property
The App, code, and design are our IP. Content you enter (patient data) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of running the App for you.
9. Prohibited uses
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the App.
- Using the App to make emergency medical decisions.
- Impersonating a licensed practitioner if you are not one.
- Uploading illegal content.
10. Third-party services
Firebase (authentication), an AI processing provider (case analysis), Razorpay (payments). Their terms apply where relevant.
11. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur with notice.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate anytime. On termination, your access ends at period end; your data is deleted 30 days later.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms with in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
