Is Prime Heal a replacement for medical judgement?
No. Prime Heal is a decision-support tool for qualified homoeopathic practitioners. Every suggestion should be evaluated against your own clinical judgement, the patient's totality, and applicable laws.
Do you use my patient data to train AI models?
Never. Your cases, chats, and follow-ups are strictly your data. They are not shared with any AI vendor for training, and we do not sell or rent your data to anyone — as required by India's DPDP Act, 2023.
Where is my data stored?
Databases are hosted in India (Mumbai region). Firebase authentication metadata may live across Google regions. AI processing may occur on servers outside India — we explicitly note this in the Privacy Policy and rely on your consent to proceed.
Which platforms is the app available on?
Prime Heal is a full mobile app for Android today, with iOS coming soon. Android users install a signed APK directly from this site — no Play Store required. iOS practitioners can join the waitlist below; we'll email you the moment TestFlight and the App Store are ready.
Is the Android APK safe to install?
Yes. The APK is digitally signed by Prime Heal. When you sideload it, Android shows a one-time "unknown source" prompt because we're not on Play Store — that's expected and safe. We publish the SHA-256 checksum with every release so you can verify authenticity if you wish.
Which classical sources power the Materia Medica library?
Seven classical texts: Boericke's Materia Medica, Kent's Lectures, Allen's Keynotes, Boger's Synoptic Key, Nash's Leaders, Farrington's Clinical Materia Medica, and Clarke's Dictionary of Practical Materia Medica.
Does the AI Case Analysis read from the Materia Medica library?
No. The Materia Medica in Prime Heal is a separate reading library for you, the practitioner. The AI Case Analysis engine runs independently and does not consult, quote, or retrieve from these classical texts when generating remedy suggestions — the two features are intentionally kept apart so each remains transparent and easy to audit.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings inside the app. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period; nothing renews after that.
What payment methods are supported?
UPI, cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), netbanking, and wallets — all processed by Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway.
